WayUp is looking for a few awesome achievers to join it's Junior Enterprise Account Executive Program. This is your fast track to a career in Enterprise Sales at a company that is revolutionizing the way college recruiting and early career hiring is done.
You will go through two weeks of intensive training, learning everything about WayUp and its product suite, sales process & techniques, sales enablement tools, and more. Then you will reach out to some of America's largest companies, learn all about their current recruiting process, and present and sell WayUp's services to them.

You have always been comfortable presenting to others, are a natural communicator, have a great phone voice, and put others at ease. You have a history of achievement that extends back to your pre-college days. In university, you distinguished yourself with activities that put you at the center of building or growing something. You were known as a recruiter and evangelist, carrying the flag for your group, organization or cause.
You are serious about your career, and work very hard, never quitting. You are open to learning, coaching, and counseling. You are also competitive, like to win, enjoy the accomplished feeling from sticking with something and seeing the results. You are supportive of your competitors and see their wins as yours as well.
